Ball Boot Camp

toddler or pet than it is by you?
Ball Boot Camp will change all that and make you love your exercise
ball. Casey has designed this class to teach you how to use your
exercise ball while getting a great workout. Using an exercise ball can
enhance the benefits of any strength training or resistance exercise by
utilizing the body’s stabilizing muscles while still targeting an
exercise’s primary muscles. Ball Boot Camp helps to incorporate your
entire body into exercises that would normally only isolate a few select
muscles. This class will show you a broad variety of exercises that will
maximize your ability to work out your core while improving the
efficiency of your workout.
What you need to bring: Exercise ball, exercise mat, a pair of 3, 5, or 8 lb. weights
