Classical Yoga

Mindful Yoga: This class will allow moments for contemplation as we move through the postures with awareness. Focus on the breath flow will help quiet the mind, creating an inward experience for each student. Exploring meditation through asana gives us tools for managing the challenges and stress in daily living. By experiencing the subtleties of each pose we become more balanced and open to the vital energies in our lives.
Hatha Yoga: Open to students of all levels, in this class we will explore principles of alignment, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation. Practicing yoga can reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, increase strength and flexibility, and promote joint health. We will learn how to be more mindful, both on and off the mat. Practice Hatha yoga and invite balance, health, and joy into your life!
