Morning Sun Salutations: Awaken the body and mind with invigorating sequences of Surya Namaskar. Asana flow in addition to some held postures will create a vital physical and mental energy while attuning the mind to the present moment. The class will both open and close with quiet space for meditation as a means to reintegrate breath, body and mind. Creating enduring strength and flexibility in the whole being will revitalize the soul and bring joy to your day!
Contemplative Yoga: This class will allow moments for contemplation as we move through the postures with awareness. Focus on the breath flow will help quiet the mind, creating an inward experience for each student. Exploring meditation through asana gives us tools for managing the challenges and stress in daily living. By experiencing the subtleties of each pose we become more balanced and open to the vital energies in our lives.
