Power Boot Camp is a 45 minute high intensity strength training workout and is an excellent complement to any cardiovascular exercise program. You are in and out in less than an hour but during that time you will be working at 80-100% of your maximum heart rate in order to get optimal results.

The primary structure of the class is circuit training, which consists of timed stations that incorporate strength, cardio, and core exercises. It is the perfect way to learn a large variety of exercises that can be done almost anywhere. Strength training can reduce risk of injury, remove stubborn weight, and transform your body in ways that you didn’t think were possible. Power Boot Camp is the class that will make you do all the exercises that you won’t do on your own!
