Jen1

Jen Sellwood
Yoga Instructor & Certified Run Coach

Jen is inspired most by people that strive for greatness in their lives and often times this shows up in their athletic endeavors.  Jen is a certified yoga instructor that first fell in love with Bikram Yoga and has such a passion for yoga that she took up the business of yoga in 2009.  Her yoga journey has taken her from Colorado to Maine, where she has deepened her practice and teaching by expanding to other forms of yoga.  Jen has studied yoga practices from restorative to power vinyasa and is passionate about teaching many different disciplines of yoga.  As a RRCA certified run coach, she also spends a lot of time with athletes and finds that doing yoga not only helps them with performance but also reduces injury and helps recovery (win/win!).  When Jen is not practicing yoga or out for a run, you will most likely find her with my husband, Peter, and black lab, Payton, eating great food, laughing and enjoying the company of friends.  Hope to see you on the mat and out hitting the pavement!
