Stroller Boot Camp is an outdoor stroller-based fitness program designed to offer parents a challenging workout while spending time with their baby/child! Classes are packed with strength training activities and cardio drills designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to shed the extra pounds from pregnancy, improve your endurance to run after your toddler, get toned, or just feel more energetic, this is the program for you!
