Weight Management - Fit & Trim (F.A.T.) Plan

The F.A.T. Plan was designed by Dr. Casey Ericson, D.C./Personal Trainer and Joan Lavery– McLaughlin, Registered Dietitian. This weight management program is for people seeking to lose 10+ pounds and get into the best shape of their lives. By finding activities that you love to do and healthy foods that you love to eat, you will be challenged to work hard at incorporating those things into your daily life no matter the circumstances. This program is 100% customized to you by highly trained health professionals. By calculating and tracking your daily caloric input while using a state-of-the-art caloric counter to assess your daily caloric burn, Casey & Joan take the guess work out of weight loss. By knowing exactly what you are taking in and burning off, participants will know if they are putting on or taking off weight on a daily basis. The F.A.T. Plan’s goal is to shift your whole eating style toward a more healthful nourishing and enjoyable pattern.
As your coaches, Casey & Joan, will guide you in making healthy diet and lifestyle changes one day at a time and build on your successes. The F.A.T. Plan will help you set behavior-based goals. Using these specific goals for motivation, rather than focusing solely on a number on a scale, our emphasis on accountability will help you change your behaviors into healthy lifelong habits. Weight loss is rarely easy, but when you succeed, you will feel better, decrease your risk of many serious diseases, have a better quality of life, and live longer too—a gift you can give not only to yourself, but to your family and loved ones too.
